Omniarc was established to provide a Recruitment and IT Services to SME's. Founded in 2005 we realised that there was a lack of specialised Recruitment and IT consultancy that dealt exclusively with the growing pains of an SME.
Through our experience in working as freelance Recruitment Consultants and Software Engineers in the SME market, we have cultivated a number of operating models designed specifically to ease the burden of expansion and lack of geniune skilling and experience that SME's strive to overcome without expanding too quickly. These models are constantly being reviewed and refined through our current workload with clients.
Since our existence we have successfully accomplished a number of key recruitment and software projects for some of the UK's more interesting companies in, gaming, marketing, finance and utilities. Please review our case studies.
Omniarc will consider work with individual departments of larger organisations in certain circumstances however our key focus is SME's.
Over the next few years we are looking to expand our portfolio of clients in both our Recruitment and IT Service practice.
