The Approach A Omniarc software consulting engineer spent 4 days with the KMP management team discussing how they do what they do. With this infomration Omniarc structured a production process based on best practices and the information recovered from the period of analysis. The process was then presented to the the KMP management team and after a couple of iterations KMP had a new production process that would allow them to carry out better estimating of the effort required to carry out future developmentcontracts. In addition to this KMP also had a clearer picture of the roles required to drive their business forward and the skills that each of these roles needed to posess. The Results KMP appointed Omniarc Recruitment as their main supplier of IT Staff to ensure the timely delivery of key and temporary personnel to support the varying workload that they encounter.
