All candidates put forward to you will have been technically tested, using our in house test procedures. These tests look for the key criteria highlighted above as well as ensuring the technical competence required within the subject matter area. All tests are carried out on a verbal basis to allow a more in depth approach.
3 Candidates policy
Omniarc will provide a maximum of 3 candidates for any one position. The success rate depends on
how much up front knowledge we have about the position within your organisation, we can guarantee
this success rate if you allow us to work closely with you on a one to one basis.
Quality policy, the good, the bad and the ugly
There are many unqualified IT professionals looking for work. Omniarc look to ensure that their candidates have relevant academic and relevant industry qualifications by asking for visibility of the appropriate certificates. If on the occasion that a candidate cannot provide such qualifications but has tested well then you, as a client, will be made aware of this. In such circumstance Omniarc will provide the necessary structure and contract agreement to ensure that you are not left paying for an inappropriate person.
Preferred Candidates
Through our own IT development activities Omniarc have personally worked with many IT professionals.
We have now a growing database of individuals that we can fully recommend. These individuals have
contracted to work through Omniarc on short and long term placements at maximum of 4 weeks notice,
subject to the position made available to them. The placements cover contract, permanent,
temporary and call of consultancy.

To get a better appreciation of your requirements please arrange for an Omniarc Consultant to get

note of initial requirements our technical placement personnel will then structure the appropriate
financial and execution model to suit.
