Quality policy
To ensure quality to our clients Omniarc require all candidates to have at least 3 years industry experience in their subkect area before we will make them available for access across our client list. We also require a copy of all advanced academic and industry qualifications, along with a copy of passports and or work permits.
To ensure quality to our candidates Omniarc will ensure that all candidates are kept up to date with all formal introductions. Omniarc only ever put forward 3 candidates per resource requirement, you will receive formal feedback on all interviews you attend on our behalf.

Become an associate
Because of our unique position in being able to offer Recruitment and IT Services to our clients Omniarc require a number of call-off IT professionals covering all disciplines. Through the associate relationship Omniarc will be able to offer more lucrative roles, which will be mainly on a consultative basis and have a duration of 1 to 5 days. Home Working
As part of our associate program Omniarc can offer execptional candidates the possibility of home projects. These contracts are mainly open to developers. The contracts can last from days to months.
