Getting working teams fully motivated and operational are key to any project success. Most SME's find it difficult to recruit teams of people that can effectively operate from day one.
Team fit for purpose
Our workshop day is critical in getting this right for you. Omniarc invite possible candidates to these days, and through a number of grouped white boarding session and presentations we are able to supply a fully operating team to your site - ready for action and fit for purpose. It is also common practice that your own personnel attend these this day to ensure a complete fit. These days can be carried out under an onsite or offsite model.
Quality Policy
To ensure quality Omniarc like to monitor the teams performance through appropriate feed back reports
and onsite visits. We will work with the you to remove any team members that are not performing.
The flexibility required for this will be managed through our contract with you and each of the
individuals whether it be on a contract or permanent placement.
